As the years pass and new chapters unfold, Unite our efforts and embark on a new journey together. Recently, the 2026 annual meeting of Shandong Chisheng Group was grandly held. All the Chisheng family members gathered together, singing and dancing, recalling the efforts and achievements of 2025 and drawing the blueprint and hope for 2026. The scene was abysmal with lights, and laughter and joy could be heard constantly. The bright smiles reflected every bit of love and dedication.       At the grand ceremony, Chairman Liu delivered an inspiring speech, which not only comprehensively reviewed the group's path of progress in 2025 but also pointed out a clear direction for its development in 2026. His words were forceful and inspiring. Mr. Liu stated that 2025 will be a year for Chisheng Group to break through the deadlock and grow against the trend, and it will also be a year of meticulous cultivation and abundant achievements. Facing a complex market environment, the group has taken the initiative to seek change and has taken solid steps on the road of development. We resolutely changed our track and adjusted our structure, taking quality as the core, and made every effort to tackle A-level products, breaking free from the shackles of homogenization and solidifying our market foundation with superior quality. We bravely expand our territory and open up new prospects, further laying out our foreign trade export business, enabling Chisheng products to go abroad and reach the world, and embarking on a new journey of international development. We have adhered to the bottom line and strengthened our capabilities, successfully obtaining the Special Equipment Production License. The acquisition of this qualification not only highly recognizes the group's technical strength and production standards, but also lays a solid foundation for the group to expand its business in related fields. When it comes to the Chinese-style internal competition that the industry is currently facing, Mr. Liu shared Chisheng's way to break through the deadlock. He emphasized that the essence of the "involution" is low-level homogeneous competition, and the key to breaking the deadlock never lies in the outside world but within oneself. Only by concentrating on quality, rejecting impetuosity, and continuously improving product quality and core competitiveness can one break free from the quagmire of internal competition, gain a firm foothold and stand out in the fierce market competition. In 2025, we will always adhere to this concept, continue to make efforts in quality improvement, and break the competitive deadlock with our strength. This is also the core code for the steady development of the group.

       In addition, Mr. Liu also introduced an important layout for the group's diversified development - self-built, self-invested and self-operated comprehensive small-scale cultural tourism projects. This is an important measure for the group to break through the single industrial model and achieve cross-border integrated development. It not only enriches the group's industrial ecosystem, but also cultivates new growth poles for future development, demonstrating Chisheng Group's long-term development vision and strong development resilience.

     At the end of his speech, Mr. Liu expressed his sincere gratitude to all the employees. He thanked every member of the Chisheng family for their hard work and silent dedication throughout the year. At the same time, he addressed all the family members, saying that in 2026, opportunities and challenges will coexist.       After the speech, the highly anticipated employee awarding ceremony began. General Manager Liu personally presented the certificates of honor and prizes to the employees of 2025, highly affirming their hard work and outstanding contributions over the past year. The award-winning employees had proud smiles on their faces and all expressed that they would live up to the expectations of the group, redouble their efforts and achieve even greater success in the New Year, exert the power of role models, and inspire more colleagues around them to make progress together. Thunderous applause broke out from the audience, which was not only a congratulation to the employees but also a tribute to every striver.

        After the awarding ceremony, the annual meeting moved on to a joyous talent show. The sales team and colleagues from the workshops took turns to showcase their talents, presenting a spectacular audio-visual feast to the scene.  

       The song medley brought by the sales team was full of vitality, singing out the heroic spirit of the Chisheng people to strive for excellence and pursue their dreams. The workshop is united with one heart and one mind, workers walk side by side, sing the song of "one family" together, forge ahead with determination, and join hands to build a new journey of dreams!

A group of people, one heart, striving together! The highlights of various departments of Shandong Chisheng Group, including the sales department, design department, technology department, production department, and construction department, are captured!  

      Amidst laughter and joy, colleagues from all departments sat around together, their faces beaming with bright smiles. Accompanied by fine wine and delicious food, everyone toasted and chatted freely, sharing the details of their work over the past year, the beautiful moments in life, and expressing their expectations and blessings for the New Year. There is no estrangement between superiors and subordinates, no boundaries between departments. Only the warmth and friendship like family members coalesce into a solid centripetal force in the midst of laughter and joy.

      Although the time spent together was short, the journey of striving forward is endless. This grand annual meeting is not only a gathering of family reunions but also a mobilization conference that unites hearts and boosts morale.
